The Russian club Spartak Moscow is reportedly believed to be interested in bringing back Emmanuel Emenike to the team. Emenike completed his move to Spartak Moscow on July of 2011 but the Turkish outfit Fernabahce signed him for a fee of €13 million on August of 2013 and this is where Emenike is currently performing now.
According to rumors and reports emerging from Turkey, Spartak Moscow is linking up an offer to bring back Emenike to the squad which is expected to be made in January.
Emmanuel Emenike is a potential signing for Spartak Moscow as the Nigerian forward could be making his return to the in a few months’ time meanwhile Aiden McGeady who left the Russian side earlier in January of the ongoing year and joined Everton has voiced his opinion concerning the club where he performed with in over 3 seasons.
After having past making 70 league appearances for Spartak Moscow, Aiden McGeady was snatched up by the Premier League club Everton and McGeady has recently expressed how it was for him to play with the Russian side.
“I enjoyed a lot of it and it was just towards the end that it obviously got difficult. But it was a great experience. I would encourage any player to go abroad and broaden your horizons. That’s kind of why I came out here.
“I was 24 at the time and I didn’t really know what to expect but it definitely opened my eyes and I grew up a bit. I adapted to life and got used to it and enjoyed the football. That was the main part. I enjoyed that. There are little parts of that here and there that go around but overall the fans were always great, the ones I encountered anyway, and it was a good place to play.”
The 28 year old winger of Everton said.
Aiden McGeady explained that his time performing with the Russian side Spartak Moscow was a positive experience and they are setting their sights on signing Emmanuel Emenike from Fenerbahce.
